"A1 Tree & Stump Removal did an outstanding job removing a MASSIVE silver maple that I needed to have taken down. The tree was right next to my house with branches overhanging my garage, powerlines on two sides, and a neighboring restaurant close by. Very technical job. Alex was super professional and came out the day after I called. I had it quoted by 6 different companies and A1 had the most reasonable quote. I called on Monday and the tree was gone by the end of the week. They ground out the stump, removed the woodchips & debris, and even helped me cut up some of the wood I wanted to keep. "Our silver maple was gigantic! The roots were taking over the whole yard, cut out the electric to the garage, housed 1000’s of squirrels that ate all the soffits around our house. "My neighbor and I share a large elm tree on our lot line. We received 4 bids for trimming the tree to get rid of dead branches and raise the canopy off of both of our roofs. All were companies that were licensed and insured to serve our area in South Minneapolis. All of them scheduled an estimate for the trimming and gave us bids promptly via text message. We chose A1 Tree Services because they employ an arborist and because they arranged to have Excel drop our power lines during the work and return to connect again upon completion. The workers were pleasant, listened to what we wanted done and gave a thorough explanation of what they would do. Our yards were cleared of all debris when the job was completed.
