"I was very pleased to be offered a spot within a week of my call. The team did a fantastic job of removing a very large tree with no damage to my yard (just a few minor divots). The lawn was beautiful. The tree debris was removed the same day and again the crew was raking and checking my lawn for debris. I was told I would be billed after the removal as sometimes the stump removal would take an extra day. The email arrived 6 days later. I was not told it was due within 12-24 hours. I did not open it that day due to work hours and an evening event. The next morning I had a voice mail from the office team demanding to know when I was going to pay my bill (less than 24 hours after receiving the email). I checked the email that night and found that the bill was supposed to paid the same day as it arrived. The email was now stamped "overdue". I paid the bill that day. The perfect 10 earned by the tree team dropped to an overall 9 due to this follow up."

The tree was growing between 3 power lines. We had some delays due to XCel not coming on the day originally scheduled but A1 handled it all with professionalism. The tree was right next to my house with branches overhanging my garage, powerlines on two sides, and a neighboring restaurant close by. Very technical job. "My neighbor and I share a large elm tree on our lot line. We received 4 bids for trimming the tree to get rid of dead branches and raise the canopy off of both of our roofs. All were companies that were licensed and insured to serve our area in South Minneapolis. All of them scheduled an estimate for the trimming and gave us bids promptly via text message. We chose A1 Tree Services because they employ an arborist and because they arranged to have Excel drop our power lines during the work and return to connect again upon completion. The workers were pleasant, listened to what we wanted done and gave a thorough explanation of what they would do. Our yards were cleared of all debris when the job was completed.
